At FancyThings, we want you to love every piece of your home; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all home decor and furnishings are returned in their original packaging to guarantee a smooth processing experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your FancyThings account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items back in their original boxes with all protective padding to prevent damage to delicate home goods during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the return label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
